Alas, here it is, the fabled Ash vs. Cthulhu pic, signed by the man himself... Cthulhu!!!! 
Not really, this baby's been Ash endorsed by Bruce Campbell. Yep that's his squiggle aesthetically placed above the chainsaw smoke. Ironically I think it balances out the picture as a whole and completes it. I always figured Evil Dead + Necronomicon = Lovecraft cross over. I can imagine Ash's misfortune bringing him to Ry'leh, where he confronts Cthulhu. His relative buffonishness and pugilistic attitude would easily keep him from going insane, he'd be to busy being pissed off and grossed out to bother realizing that he can't comprehend what he's looking at! I can hear him now "Hey! Space Sushi! I got yer end of the world right here, pal! All twelve gauges of it!!!!" Of course, Cthulhu wouldn't understand a word he's saying, but lucky for Ash, he brought along a translator. Unfortunately for you Lovecraft fans, chainsaws do not make for good translators.
My scanner really zapped the color out of this one, but I've been photoshopping it to hell and back, and this is *pretty* close to the original colors. The colors are still a little washed out, and for some reason, Ash's skin tones are way more pink here than in the original, where they've got more of an olive/ tan color going on. The top of the skay aint nearly so sketchy either, it's far more blended in the original. I'm satisfied enough that I'm not embarassed by it. So, if any of you DA masta's out there have a suggestion for getting a quality scan of this baby, give me a holler. Until then I'm gonna keep trying things.

As Barrel gripped the skulls, her hands were tired from gripping the skulls until this monster scream in pain and it fell and she saw a man, chainsaw replace his right hand, his face, his lip, cheek and his chin has scars, his shirt is torn, exposing his lean and muscular body, his messy black hair and Barrel saw him, it was Ash Williams. Still, she was weak from gripping the skulls as she struggled to get on her feet yet she done it as she stood up, she look at the man and whisper, "King."
