Punisher Unbound

My redesign/interpretation for and 's Weekly Jam session.

I had a lot of fun on this one. Frank Castle's story is just a Greek tragedy waiting to be written. And seriously folks, was Gladiator not the Punisher in Rome or what? That's what the Punisher movie should have been like... atrocious... He actually kind of has Frazetta's hair here... just with buzzed sides... o_O Ironically. I haven't done the whole blacked in eyes thing in a while... but it makes him look so damn mean! I had toyed with giving him skull shoulder pads or trophy skulls on his girdle or something. But I just went with a straight design for clarity. For a moment, i thought I couldn't fit his bottom foot in, but I managed to squeeze it in at the bottom of the page, hence that sharp bottom on the sandal.

I didn't file this under fanart, because the likeness, while still there, is only in part. he's pretty much a fresh revision. So he's in people.

I did this one rather fast for me, so there's proportion and shee-ot all out of whack. I don't care.
